Ram Lalla idol’s new image was released before the consecration ceremony on 22 January. The first look of the new idol of Lord Ram, with the eyes covered with a yellow cloth, has been revealed. Mysuru-based artist Arun Yogiraj has sculpted the 51-inch idol. The new idol of Lord Ram was placed inside Ayodhya’s Ram Janmabhoomi temple on Thursday.

The ceremonies for consecrating the temple began on January 12. According to sources, on January 22, Prime Minister Modi will conduct the worship for the ‘Pran Pratistha.’ A group of priests, led by Lakshmikant Dixit, will carry out the primary rituals for the Pran Prathistha.

“Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha: The first look of the invitation card for the consecration ceremony at Ayodhya Ram Mandir, scheduled on January 22 in the temple town of Uttar Pradesh, is out!
